Insulation includes lots of factors including: Insulation of house, age of house, geographical location as well as double glazing, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, number of outside (external) walls to the room, north facing rooms etc. All our radiators are thermostatic, so it is never a mistake to over-specify. It is a mistake to under-specify. If in doubt, always go for a higher power.

Our Electric Radiators are perfectly safe to be left on all the time. Unlike cheaper electric heaters, portable electric heaters, convector heaters and panel heaters, our electric radiators are designed to be left on all the time. They have a very accurate thermostat which dictates when the radiator comes on to heat. Although switched on, they only heat when the room temperature drops below what is set on the radiator.All radiators have safety thermostats also which switch the radiator off if there was any chance of overheating, say if covered by clothes. All our radiators conform to the latest UK and EU safety standards.

Our Ultra electric radiators are filled with a thermodynamic fluid which gives excellent thermal conductivity and high-quality radiated heat, the same quality of heat as form a central heating radiator. Our high inertia thermal fluid technology has a fast heat up time, stays warmer for longer and gives a stable surface temperature to the radiator.

Simply hang on the wall with the brackets provided and plug in. The radiators come with a normal 13amp plug attached.
